Insane Sounds collects phone numbers, message content, and time stamps of the communications.
Insane Sounds sends messages SMS/MMS to those who have communicated with us first to receive information.
2. Data Collection and Use:
Insane Sounds collects your name and number only to be able to identify you as a client and we do require your consent to receive such messages.
Insane Sounds collects this information for delivering messages and providing customer service.
Insane Sounds will never use the data for any other purpose without consent.
Insane Sounds will not sell or share SMS/MMS user data for marketing purposes with out consent.
3. Data Sharing:
Insane Sounds does not share data with third-party providers.
There will be no data sharing at all.
Any third -party providers have appropriate privacy and security measure, but we currently to do not use ANY third-party providers.
4 Opt-Out Control:
Users can opt-out of receiving SMS/MMS messages by simply texting STOP in response to any message from Insane Sounds.

If a STOP message appears in a response to a text from Insane Sounds, you will no longer receive any messages immediately.
5. Data Security
Insane Sounds ensures the security of all SMS/MMS as all messages are contained within the conversation to the specific application – currently Verizon and Ring Central. There will never be a breach from any mishandling by Insane Sounds so unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction will not be possible.
Encryptions through Ring Central and Verizon are extensive so breaches a highly unlikely.
6. Compliance with Regulations
Insane Sounds is committed to complying with relevant regulations and industry standards (TCR guidelines – The Campaign Registry and TCPA)
All correspondence through SMS/MMS is strictly between Insane Sounds and the specific message recipient to whom it was sent. Messages never leave the realm of our telephone provider’s application.
